Delivery Area
Famous Haus offers delivery services exclusively within the United States and only to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that deliveries can be accepted at the given address during normal business hours.
Delivery Scope
Deliveries are limited to curbside or residence-level only. Entry into buildings, upper floor delivery, or in-home placement is not included. Customers must verify the product dimensions and ensure accessibility. Famous Haus is not responsible for moving or lifting products into the home or to upper floors.

Delivery Fees & Timing
Delivery fees vary depending on your zip code and the total purchase value. The exact delivery cost will be shown at checkout.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather issues, power outages, fire, etc.), delivery times may be extended. If any such delays occur, we will notify you of the updated delivery timeframe as soon as possible.
Rescheduling or Canceling Delivery
If you need to change the delivery date or address, please notify us as early as possible. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may incur additional fees.
If you need to cancel a delivery, please contact us. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status.
Damage During Transit
In the event of visible damage upon delivery, please notify both the delivery driver and Famous Haus within 7 days. While this does not affect your warranty, it helps us improve our logistics process.
