Delivery is available only in the USA and to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made to the address during normal business hours.
Famous Haus is only committed to delivering to your residence. Therefore, it is the CONSUMER'S responsibility to check the product's dimensions and arrange for delivery to upper floors or into the home.
Famous Haus is not responsible for the lifting of any product, and it is entirely the CONSUMER'S responsibility to arrange for such delivery.
If you wish to hire a delivery and installation service, please contact us for a separate quote.
In cases of force majeure, the delivery time may reasonably increase. Force majeure should include strikes, exclusion, official intervention, power or resource shortages, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning, or any other unforeseen business complications for which Famous Haus cannot be held responsible. The start and end points of such delivery delays will be immediately communicated by Famous Haus.
Famous Haus requests that you immediately inform both the delivery person and Famous Haus about any obvious damage during transportation within 7 days. Doing so will not affect your warranty rights, but it will help us improve our processes.
The delivery fee varies depending on the location and the total purchase value. The exact amount will be provided at checkout.
If you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made less than 24 hours before the original scheduled delivery may be subject to additional fees.
If you need to cancel the delivery, please contact us. Depending on the status of your order, there may be charges or restrictions.
