RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Famous Haus, each piece is carefully selected and crafted. We encourage clients to review all specifications before purchase. That said, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging, including all protective materials (foam, bubble wrap, corner guards, manuals, and accessories).

Items that show signs of wear, installation, assembly, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Shipping Costs

  • Original delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Installed or Assembled Items

Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified in any way are final sale. Installation or assembly constitutes acceptance of the item.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom / made-to-order / special-order items

  • Showroom and floor display items (due to handling and display use)

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase

Refund Method

Once a return is approved and inspected, Famous Haus will determine — at its discretion — whether the resolution is issued as:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

Applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local law.
