RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, furniture that is no longer in its original packaging, and other items listed below. After the return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued based on the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Famous Haus reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

SALE ITEMS
Items purchased in-store are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders begin production immediately after the order is placed and are made according to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, altered, returned, or refunded at any time.

MONOGRAMMED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS
These items are special orders and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
For all orders canceled before the items are shipped, no delivery charges will be applied. For special order items, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged due to the production process having already started based on your order.
